Venture has long since had a vision to see the racial makeup of our church be the same as the racial makeup of our community, however, no one in American history was more effective at communicating that kind of a vision than Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

It’s why we have a national holiday on Jan 16th to reflect on his life and work. This year Venture is blessed to get to be the host of an annual community event to do that very thing.

It’s a totally nonpartisan event that will celebrate all that’s been accomplished in America since Dr. King’s passing and how we can keep the ball moving forward!
