Why We Give
When you give, it helps move the ministry forward to spread the love of Jesus throughout our communities. Giving is a heart posture and an act of worship and obedience to Christ ... a choice we make to follow God's instruction for us. The church doesn't need anything from you. We want something for you. God certainly doesn't need anything from us, it's all His anyway. We give out of our need to act on our faith.
Local Impact
One of the core passions of Venture church is serving the community we live in. We don’t just do it because we are supposed to but also because we really want to!
It's not a bait-and-switch tactic for us; it's just what people do when they love being loved by Jesus more than anything! At the individual level, we challenge each other to proactively serve our neighbors, classmates, peers at work, etc.
In addition, we also put our resources together to collectively help people in Gaston and Lincoln Counties in ways that truly matter.
