We donate a sizeable portion of our building in Dallas to the Boys and Girls Clubs of America.   Venture also pays for all the utilities, internet, water, and many other basic operational costs.   This investment is central to the Club’s ability to offer its afterschool program for only $75 per school year with a commitment that the Club will never turn anybody away that can’t pay. 

In addition, the summer program is only $200, and it runs all day Monday through Friday, feeds the kids at least two meals a day plus snacks, takes them on at least three field trips a week, and provides more fun than you could ever imagine!  The donation of our building is critical to making this happen. 

We also sponsor two major events to help fund the program - the annual Venture Cup Golf Tournament and the Dare To Venture Career Expo, which helps connect people in the community with career-level jobs, all while helping the businesses who support the club find great people for their team! 

Finally, and most importantly, we mobilize people in Venture to serve as volunteers and mentors.
