Now to Paul’s message. Elijah is in an appointed place for a meeting with God. Elijah speaks the words of our text and God has the last word. Let's read each again, but this time with feeling. God’s word to Elijah should bring us comfort today.

Challenge:

No matter how bad the times

1. Wait on God knowing He will have the last word.
2. Do not fear for God will take care of you in times of trouble.
3. Remember the false prophets and enemies of God have a limited time and then “they will progress no further, for their folly will be manifest to all” (2 Timothy 3:8-9).
4. In times of trouble God speaks in to our hearts in ways to prove his love and assure us of His peaceful presence. Seek him, trust Him. God will glorify His name.
