Venture is expanding its Children and Student Ministry staffing to meet the growing needs of our church. We are looking for qualified people to join our team and provide leadership in these two areas. Both of these opportunities are currently part-time but could develop into more in the future.
Lincolnton Campus Director of Children and Preschool
Job Summary – The Lincolnton Children’s and Preschool Ministry Director will support and execute the implementation, continual improvement, execution and growth of Venture’s vision and ministry strategy by specifically focusing on ministry to the Lincolnton campus (Birth through 5th grade). The Children and Preschool Ministry Director will work under the direction of and be evaluated by the Associate Pastor of Students and Children.
Dallas Campus Director of K-5 Children’s Ministry
Job Summary – The Children’s Ministry Director will support and execute the implementation, continual improvement, execution and growth of Venture’s vision and ministry strategy by specifically focusing on ministry to the Dallas Location (Kindergarten through 5th grade). The Children’s Ministry Director will work under the direction of and be evaluated by the Associate Pastor of Students and Children.
